vintage fur care advice?

Now that I have a couple of vintage fur items I suppose I should be taking better care of them. Any general advice or resources?

    Aside from cold storage, keep your fur items dust free by poking a hole in a king pillowcase (for a hanger)& storing in the case. Keep away from any heat sources or drastic changes in temperature.

    you can also use a fur comb to comb out irregularities when needed.
